Deliveries and Returns
This website is only for delivery of products to Mainland UK customers.
(for all other UK deliveries, we will contact the customer)
2. Estimated delivery Times are 2-5 days depending on the size of the package.
3. Kayaks and Canoes over 3m will be delivered by arrangement.
4. Please remember that every effort will be made to deliver within these times. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Stirling/Nevis Canoes do not take any liability for the delay or failure to deliver goods on time.
6. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched during the following week. We do not deliver at weekends.
7. Stirling/Nevis Canoes cannot be held responsible for performance of the couriers.
8. All returns:
* must be sent within 14 working days to Stirling Canoes, Cameron Court, Whitehouse Rd, Stirling FK7 7SP for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked - however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. All books, DVD’s, videos, CD’s, earplugs, noseplugs and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statuory rights
9. For a fast return process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Stirling/Nevis Canoes for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange.
10. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances.
11. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks.
Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed.
