About Us

Stirling Canoes has established itself as “the place to go” when looking for quality goods and helpful advice on all aspects of canoesport.

Running alongside Standing Waves, the coaching arm of the business, we aim to offer a fully comprehensive service in paddlesport suitable for everyone from beginner to expert.

A family business, Susan and Rena (Susan’s mum) deal with all administration and Dave Rossetter will be known to many as one of the top coaches in the country and is the technical expert for all aspects of paddling. Susan also deals with bookings for coaching and Rena deals with the day to day running of Stirling & Nevis Canoes.

Alan, our main member of staff in Stirling, is also a qualified coach and is ably assisted in the shop by Julie. Nevis Canoes has now moved to the Great Glen Waterpark and is looked after by Andy and Ian from Highland Activities.
